Crispin joined Padworth College as Principal in September 2022.
Crispin has more than 22 years of experience teaching in state, independent and international schools, including more than 20 years of experience in boarding schools. He is passionate about leading a school community and influencing and creating an outstanding environment for students to learn and thrive as young people.
Crispin was a Senior Housemaster at Oakham School from 2000 to 2013, before moving to Cheltenham College, where he was Senior Deputy Head and Acting Head for a short period. In January 2021, he moved to Muscat, Oman to take on a new role as Founding Principal of Cheltenham Muscat, serving in this role until August 2022. Additionally, Crispin is a Boarding Inspector for the Independent Schools Inspectorate and holds an MEd in Educational Leadership from the University of Buckingham.
Crispin is married to Sarah. They have three children who attend boarding school in the UK.
