Betty Dagistan is Director of Global Engagement and holds the same position at Inspiring Futures Education (Inspiring Futures Limited), the parent company of Padworth College and Bishopstrow College, an independent international boarding school offering English language and academic pathway programmes to prepare international students, aged 7-17 years, for entry into British boarding schools.
As Director of Global Engagement, Betty leads student recruitment, admissions and overall marketing activities at Padworth. She also manages a team of Regional Managers, based in our core regions, who support recruitment for both Padworth College and Bishopstrow College.
Betty has over 15 years of experience in international student recruitment, having previously worked for Cambridge Education Group, BBP University and most recently MPW. Her experience includes admissions and compliance (including UKVI) and recruiting, managing and developing teams of recruiters, achieving tangible results in terms of enrolment growth.
